As I was being discharged from Heartview, I had no place to go. I contacted A New Era and was granted a spot in a safe and secure environment. I was a resident for 7 months and never had any issues with my stay. I was able to work with a local care coordinator over the 7 months to obtain an apartment for me and my son! With lots of stability, I was able to transition to an apartment with my son. We are very happy!!!
